First step - was an interview with a hiring manager. They called back pretty quickly and invited to continue the process. On the second day I had an interview with co-founder, 3-hour test on the computer, and a final interview with HR. All in all about 4-5 hours. The assignment was done perfectly, got an immediate feedback from the hiring manager whom I discussed it with. During two weeks afterwards I haven’t got any reply from the company. After that HR sent a rejection email saying that they have a better candidate. And few days later the hiring manager wrote me that they still consider me for the position, and will come back soon. This fact shows a total mess in communication within the company, and inconsistency in decision making process. 2 months passed, and they still struggling to find a right person, the position is still open. So decide by yourself if you want to work for such a place.
