Interview
The interviewer was very pleasnet,
I have found good chemistary with him.
I heard about the company's history and
what it's value to customers.
heard about it's expenssions as well,
and about the interviewer's history within the company.
I told him about various projects that I've done, and a little bit about my backround.
then
I got a test that I'll expand further in this review.
in the end I asked him if the solution satisfay him and he said yes and that another representive would contact me soon, but he never stated when.
less than 24 hours later I get a genreic mail... in the end
a very disappointing experience.
feels like I was only considered as a backup plan ,,, maybe.
"It was a pleasure speaking with you and learning more about your skills and experience.
After evaluating your experience and qualifications against our needs for this position, we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates.
We wish you bla bla ...."
regarding my qualifications experience and expertise
I could have bring alot of value to their data department.
as a data engineer, solution developer or in other tasks
that the interviewer told me about.
I would have appriciated if they have contact me for a five minutes talk, just to let me what was the real resone that I was rejected, or what is the added value the other competitors were "Bringing to the table", altough I could have preformed several possition's taskes in the department.
I don't think Professionals should give thier best years and commitment to this kind of organization culture.
I have heard from colleagues and friend of better way to let candidates go.
It all sums up to organizational culture so be ware.
