The interview process at Personetics was pretty thorough. It started with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, where they asked about my experience and why I was interested in the role. Then, there was a technical assessment—either a test or a take-home task—to check my problem-solving skills and knowledge of QA processes. After that, I had a video interview with a hiring manager, where they went deeper into my experience, how I approach testing, and my familiarity with QA tools.
In some cases, there’s also a home assignment, like analyzing a test case or troubleshooting a scenario, and then presenting my findings. The final round involved an in-person or panel interview where I had to discuss my approach to QA in more detail. Overall, they seemed to focus on both technical skills and whether I’d be a good fit for their company culture
