Spoke originally with hr director, then quickly referred to hiring manager. Human resources was very responsive and asked smart questions regarding my background to determine if the role was correct for me. I thought the did a great job of explaining what they were looking for, and ultimately made the correct decision to refer me to the hiring manager. Over all the process was professional and done very well.
