I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart (Perry Hall, MD) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online for my local Petsmart and didn’t hear anything for a week, so I took the initiative and called the manager of the store. She called me back about 5 days later and scheduled my initial interview. At the end of the first interview, she scheduled my interview with the general manager for a few days later. At the end of the interview with the GM, he offered me a job on the spot. Now I’m just waiting on my drug test results so I can come in for orientation. The entire interview process was a breeze and I am so excited to start this new job. Everyone at the store really seems to love what they do and the managers are very passionate about animal welfare.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at PetSmart (Winnipeg, MB)
Interview
I got a call from the store manager two days after I applied to schedule an interview. Then I had the interview with 2 team members and a background check after.
Good interview. Ask a lot of good very insightful questions. Cares about who they were talking to. Would recommend talking with this company. Was not hard at all. Just be prepared.
