Interview
Pretty easy. I was interviewed by two of the managers, between the two of them they asked me questions from a sheet. They were basic questions about experience and skill. Only took about 20 minutes. I got a call one or two days later with an offer that I accepted. No drug test but they did run a background check I think.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PetSmart in Nov 2017
Interview
I called the store and asked if there were positions available. I went into the store to hand in my résumé and to do the interview. I was told to wait outside of the dog training area where the interviews were to take place. The interview was very casual, done by a dog groomer and a dog trainer, not the manager. I was only asked a few questions. It lasted about 5 minutes. I was told to apply online as that is how they will be contacting the applicants.
