Interview
The interview process was easy and quick, the interviewer ask me questions about me and my experience in other jobs. I enjoyed the interview, she was very polite and honest. Everybody seem to be nice and friendly and was very concerned about the customers.
Process is very straightforward. Interview with management on location which then becomes an offer or not on site immediately after the interview. Will ask willingness to learn certain roles as well.
A few questions about my experience and ability to unload truck palettes. The assistant manager was wonderful and showed me around a bit, didn’t make me feel nervous, and actively listened.
