Submit a two part application via the petsmart website. First part is general info and the second part is a personality assessment. If you get a call for an interview, may be held in two parts (may vary from store to store though). First interview was general explaining the expectations for my position, second interview was more about myself, career aspirations, how I could contribute to petsmart, etc.

Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
