I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart in Aug 2014
Interview
Well i had a good experience with the interview process. The store manager was really fun and laid back and made you feel really comfortable about everything. Then i had to meet with another store manager a week later where she was the opposite of the first manager but still a great interview. Petsmart process for some takes really long and they lose good candidates because of the slow process. My process took maybe 2 to 3 weeks only because they really liked me and said they didn't want this process to be slow so they actually went in and did everything to get me in there. Overall, it was a good process and the people seem genuine. I start next week and hope it'll be a great job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None really. Unless you never worked with pets a question for me was, "What would you do if a dog was injured or died while in the custody of petsmart."
Every step of the way from the recruiter, hiring manager and panel hiring team was professional, warm and engaging. They are pet lovers and make that very clear from the beginning
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2019
Interview
Solid interview with the normal questions. I was interviewed by the direct managers of the position. On completion of the interview I was walked out by one of the interviewers, and I am certain there was a final test that I failed due to giving my attention to the person walking me out. I am an attentive person, and on the way out there was some trash on the ground that was not there as we walked in. He made a point of picking it up (again, I did not see it) and placing it in a nearby trash can.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PetSmart
Interview
Did initial interview at campus with two local General Managers, then the second round was done with the District Manager and some lady from HR. It was neat, because I went on to work directly with the interviewing GM's and that District Manager.

Question 1
I don't recall specific questions, but we spent a lot of time on my resume, and work history.
