I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2009
Interview
Company had four total interviews and the last one consisted of six people sitting in a room and the Store Manager going around the room asking us a bunch of questions. He told us we would finally be notified of an answer by the end of the day. I never heard back from them.
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PetSmart (Plant City, FL)
Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
