Interview
Once resume was submitted online, it took about a week before hearing from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was only about 10 minutes long, and from there we set up an interview in-store.
It was a basic sales job interview. Basically they want to know you are a hard worker and kind to animals. I don't think they really care as long as you are willing to work hard.
The interview process is very easy. They are not too picky, they just want to make sure that you will work and can comprehend the simple parts of the job. And that you are okay with small animals.
