Interview
It was really bad. They were either really understaffed or just didn't manage things pretty well. Once I arrived they told me to wait because they were busy & to look around. It took 15 minutes before the manager came to me for the interview.
Took about 3 weeks total. I was looking for a job through Aerotek and they informed me of a temporary merchandising position. I was first interviewed by Aerotek and then two interviews with the company, both back to back. Questions were about background.
