Submit application online first. Drop off resume in person during weekdays around noon. See if you get a call for an interview. Have something to bring to the table. Why are you better than the other candidates?
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
