Interview
I met first with the general manager who showed me around the store and introduced me to other staff members and asked me general questions. I then proceeded to meet with the senior dog trainer, who walked me through the dog training process at the store. He asked me more in-depth questions about my dog training experience.
It was a quick and easy process that included observing classes, being shown around the store and talking with other staff members for the In-person portion and then there was a phone call interview prior to that, which was around 15 minutes.
Easy process. I felt like I could express myself freely and questions were standard. My interview was with the manager and senior dog trainer. I brought extra copies of my resume and always brought follow up questions.
