Very easy, and straightforward. Basic questions about how I would handle various situations. the interview was one on one, and the manager made me feel very relaxed. The manager asked me to provide a dollar amount to negotiate my hourly pay.

This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
