Sat down with the store manager and had a conversational interview. We started by talking about what kinds of pets I had at home, and grew the interaction from there.

the interview was very short and I felt like I was not given the proper information for the job that I am working. The hours provided were different that what I was told in the internview

Interview
Normal interview by two managers in the main office. They use pre-written questions to ask you in three parts of the interview. It's standard compared to most large retailers. Wasn't too bad especially if you've had an interview before in most other companies. Helps a lot if you know one of the current employees.
