Interview
Rather quick, just a phone call and in person interview. Just be prepared for the classic interview questions and try to show that you truly care about animals! They are very nice and understand this is not exactly a "career", but rather part time employment for college and high school students.
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
