Interview
The interview was like a group of 7 of us, they asked us basic interview questions, only 2 of us got hired from that group. I dressed business casual and made sure to take initiative because when they're so many of you getting asked the same question its important to show that you know the answer and be the first to answer it. I believe smiling and having an upbeat personality helps a lot.
The interview was about 30 minutes long. I was asked about prior work experience and they got back to me very quickly after calling my references. Interview asked standard questions.

Describe a situation where you disagreed with a customer or client.
Short about 15 minutes, common interview questions, informative of day-to-day tasks, talk about availability. Come prepared and bring resume. Be energetic and joyful about customer service. They are looking for friendly individuals with motivation to sell and provide good customer service
They offered me an interview relatively fast, within a week of applying. I told the interviewer my experience caring for my dogs and my volunteer work at a wildlife sanctuary.
