Relaxed and professional. My managers were friendly and asked very direct questions. It seemed like a supportive interview that was willing to accept my contribution and desire to work at their location. Seemed to show flexibility and accepting of people who previously have not much experience. Experience is helpful, but they seem willing to start with someone new to working as long as they understood the job and could jump right in.
