      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Petco (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2017

      Interview

The process for me was unique as my role was a little more specialized. My direct boss spoke with people within my area of responsibility who knew me and my past so was well aware of abilities. The focus on our interview was about strategy and personal fit into the team.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Only thing that was difficult was answering strategic questions without knowing all the circumstances.
