Interview
Brief and personal touch. I got a call from a Glass Door hiring representative and had my interview the next day. I was scheduled to be there at 11:00 am for an interview with the plant manager and he was very respectful and seemed to enjoy interviewing me. I was asked about which shift I wanted to work and then asked about what type of salary I was asking for. I was explained the duties and the job that I was being hired for. After a brief tour of the facility I shook the plant managers hand and was told to be there tomorrow and congratulations on being hired.

They ask you basic interview questions every other employer asks. I would answer them as honest as you can. It took a little u see half an hour for the whole process and about an hour or two to get a response on wether you have the job or not.
