I was contacted via LinkedIn by one of Petco's in house recruiters based in San Antonio, TX. The interview process was well defined and clear. - In house HR/Recruiter contact via LinkedIn. - Email correspondence with Recruiter: basic details of role shared, resume shared. - Phone interview with Recruiter. - Hiring manager phone interview. - Online skills assessment. - In person interview (no panel, back to back individual). I was surprised no references were required, but the online application process allows supplemental attachments to be submitted- which I did not. This may be the only place to provide references.
