Call, call, and call again until you speak with the hiring manager about your app. then wait for a call back for interview, its going to be a group interview, dress appropriate and be well mannered and eager to work, BE flexible on your schedule. Be ready to have some petco fun!

Really nothing too hard but see eye to eye with the hiring manager and have good drive.
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
