I was reached out by a Petco HR, and after a couple of email exchanges and a phone call screening, I had a second phone interview was conducted with a couple of Senior Vendor Analysts. The interview was straight forward and they were very thorough in explaining what type of candidate they were looking for. Their interview questions really tested your analytical skills, but I can honestly say I did not prepare myself enough with the technicality of the position. If all went well it would have rolled over to an in-person interview with the Senior Analysts. The entire process took about 2 weeks, but the only thing that was not happy with was the amount of time it took for them to contact me that I had not gotten the offer. I had figured out that I probably did not get an offer, but come on, it took months to let me know. I had forgotten about it, until they sent an email months later.
