Things discussed were depth of knowledge in aquatics, ability to serve customers, meet sales goals, manage department, maintenance equipment and systems, learn, teach, adhere to company policy even if it wasn't exactly as I would do as a home hobbyist, maintain hard goods throughout department, perform water testing for store tanks as well as customers, have adequate knowledge of what we we're testing for, why, and what it meant, cleanliness and organization skills, communication skills, etc.
