It was very simple. They asked what sort of background I had working in aquatics and in which ways I could grow that knowledge. Had to display an ability to manage projects and budgets.

Normal interview by two managers in the main office. They use pre-written questions to ask you in three parts of the interview. It's standard compared to most large retailers. Wasn't too bad especially if you've had an interview before in most other companies. Helps a lot if you know one of the current employees.
