Interview
I went in for a group interview with 3 other potential employees. They really didn't ask much at all; they were desperate for workers. All they really asked about was my job history. It seemed like the only standards they had were that I had a pulse.
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
