Applied online, followed up a week later with general manager. No real surprises here although most of the time it is much better to follow up as it increases your chances. Always ask for an Assistant or General Manager as they do the hiring.

Nothing these are mostly animal or retail experience related.
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
