Interview
For the first interview they called me in and asked a few basic questions, and then asked about my experience and education with dog training. They also asked me a few questions about what methods I used during training, and how I would approach customers to sell dog training.
The second interview was really just following up with a couple more questions and meeting the district manager.

What popular or famous trainers / veterinary behaviorists do you like or agree with?
It was a quick and easy process that included observing classes, being shown around the store and talking with other staff members for the In-person portion and then there was a phone call interview prior to that, which was around 15 minutes.
Easy process. I felt like I could express myself freely and questions were standard. My interview was with the manager and senior dog trainer. I brought extra copies of my resume and always brought follow up questions.
