Interview
Group interview out of 4 people. Very easy, three questions. The store manager and the assistant manager were the two interviewers. It was a fast process and 3/4 of us were hired. They called back in about 3 days from the interview day.

-Why should we pick you over the other interviewees?
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
