Interview
To describe the interview process as I experienced it would be a severe waste of everyone's time. Based on personal experience, and with supporting testimony from coworkers both past and present, I can confidently say that Petco will hire just about anyone. They may not be there for very long, but Petco is a company that would rather fire people than not hire them in the first place.
The interview was about 30 minutes long. I was asked about prior work experience and they got back to me very quickly after calling my references. Interview asked standard questions.
