I applied online and gave them a follow up call a few days later, and they scheduled me for an interview. I interviewed one on one with the General Manager in the manager's office. About an hour after I got home, they called me and offered me the job. Basically if you apply online and give them a follow up call, they will give you an interview, then if you show up in a suit and are friendly, they will give you the job.

How would you greet a customer that just entered the store?
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.

It was easy just talk about how you are with animas. I had experience so I just talked about that and they were very happy to hear about it. So don’t worry
