Interview
Applied online and received a call 5 days later to come into the store for an interview the next day. I met and sat down with the manager and a worker also sat in on the interview. The manager asked simple questions, made some jokes, and made me feel comfortable. About 10-15 minutes later, the interview ended and the manager said he has a lot of other interviews so he hopes to make calls by the end of the week to let people know if they are hired.

What did you do at your previous job and what was it like?
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
