The first round was an HR phone screen, the 2nd round was a phone interview with the hiring manager, the 3rd round included 4 in person interviews with cross-functional team members.

Standard questions - tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, etc...
Numerous interviews with different members on the team and leadership. Position ended up being eliminated but no communication back to candidates, just radio silence and would not respond to emails for updates.
Applied from a LinkedIn posting. I have a pretty deep background at bigger retail brands. Got an email for times to connect over a phone interview with HR, very standard. I sent times and nothing. even followed up. so who knows
