quick and easy - hiring manager reached out to schedule an interview, I went in and it was 10 minutes and easy. Anyone can get a job here- just be willing to show up to work on time and for every shift.
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
