I was first contacted to set up a phone interview. Recruiter contacted me and asked background questions and gave me overview of position for about 30 minutes. I was contacted a few days later to meet with the District Manager. We met at a store location and he asked about my previous experience leading, dealing with animals and meeting business goals. I was contacted about 3 days later with an offer. I accepted and waited several days for a background check. I later went for training at a training store which was approximately 5 weeks long before reporting to my store.
