One on one with two different district managers, both of whom were tools. I had two one on one interviews that were held in the managers office of a Petco store. The interviews were about a week apart and I received a job offer one week after the second interview,.

Interview
It was a standard Recruiter interview and then standard situational interview with the territory general manager and the District general manager. They asked about different animals you were comfortable handling.
*disclaimer, was an internal promotion. 2 interviews. First with District Manager, second with market manager and head of HR for territory. Second interview felt very store specific. Was focused on conflict resolution amongst associates in the store.
