Interview
It is one on one. A pretty standard interview with standard questions. (what would you do in certain scenarios, work experience etc) At my location the hiring manager is pretty chill and relaxed. The environment overall is nice.

How would you help a customer having a negative experience?
Recieved a call for interview after a week, interview was quick and easy. They love to see your personality and excitement for animals. Tell them about personal goals or if you have school plans.
During my interview I met with the general manager and it was a 30-minute interview approximately, it was laid back. I received an offer at the end and I accepted it.
