Interview one on one with a manager, asked a few questions about past experience that were pretty straight forward and simple. Explained the basics of the job and what I would be doing.

Can you describe a time where you had to work with a team and how you approached it?
This started as an open group interview, that then moved to individual interviews. The group process happened in the front of the store, with the individual process moving to the office. Overall quick and painless.
It was pretty easy. The interviewer asks questions provided by Petco. My interview was short as the interviewer wanted it to go quick, but I don't believe this is the norm. Many questions are related to having a previous job.
