I had two video interviews. One with the hiring manager and the other with his counter part. The first one I knocked out of the park and the second was okay. The whole process was moving really fast, and then they ghosted me for three weeks and never communicated to me that the position was filled. From this I now know that their culture is indicative to their losing share in the pet space vs. the much larger competition.
