Lengthy and little feedback from HR. Felt like writing a thesis. Sorry but don't have time to write anything else and I'd like to send in my comments to glassdoor so I can get on with my work. The bottom line is that I think that there are a lot more worthwhile NGOs, foundations, associations who are doing good work and value their people much more than Pew does.

Phone screen with HR and two interviews with the team over the course of a month. Then they completely ghosted and HR didn't respond to my emails. Completely disrespectful of my time, especially for such a senior position.

A total of 4 rounds: all my interviews were a mix of phone and video interviews. Very disappointed by my interview process (interviewers were late--not just 5 minutes late but consistently 20-30 mins later and unprepared). In fact, one such interviewer asked me the same questions as her first interview with me. I think the most upsetting part of the process was the feedback that I received from the in-house HR recruiter. This Pew recruiter needs some serious training on how to give feedback with a diversity, equity and lens.

Applied for a few positions with them. I knew an HR manager there and they promised to pass along my resume to the HR recruiter actually recruiting for the positions that I applied to. Finally got a phone call from HR Director, who then promised to pass along my resume to the recruiters, if my credentials fit. DEAD SILENCE!
