I was contacted by an outside recruiter for this position (which I must note was open for over 3 months) and was told they were looking to make a decision fast. I interviewed with the manager and I believed it went really well and I answered all questions without a problem. Two weeks after the interview I finally received word that they decided to hire someone else... now it is two weeks later and I am asked by another staffing agency if I would be interested as the position has not been filled.
