First there was a screening interview with HR. Then, the interview was with 2 senior people in the department. They didn't seem to know what role they were interviewing for- they were reorganizing the department and the new position didn't match the one I had applied for. Also, the HR rep kept telling me she would email me paperwork that I needed to fill out and she never did. Eventually I just gave up.
