One round as a phone screening, very low stress and she said on the spot that I would be moving forward and speaking with the hiring manager. About 45 minute with the hiring manager, we had a great conversation that was very natural and it was clear she herself had a lot of experience and knew how to interview. Was expecting to hear back within 2 weeks and even reached out to the HR person, but heard nothing back. This is my first time ever being ghosted by a company, and with the resources they have, you would think they'd at least respond to an email.
