I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Pharmavite LLC (Northridge, CA)
Interview
The interview process was extremely long. Phone screen with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, in person interview (6 1:1 interviews, lunch interview with team). Then they throw a curve ball a day before the on-site interview that i needed to do a 30 minute presentation. Then they asked for a writing sample. I mean it’s crazy how long and and burdensome the interview process was. Do they think this is a leadership position?
I turned down the position. The company interviewed like they wanted a seasoned professional but offered the salary of an entry level professional.
