Initial screening with recruiter followed by 45 min. online sales knowledge assessment which if "passed" opened the next step to meet with hiring manager (VP). Overall very general questions, "get to know you" types of discussion. Given the company's focus on "Talent Management Experience" I was left a bit disappointed in their approach and rigor. Following conversation with hiring VP who indicated a move forward in the process, I was ghosted. Reached out professionally a few times with no response. Seems to be a trend based on other review from National Account Manager role.
