Applied online and got a call back. The caller ask some basic knowledge and availability, then make an appointment for an interview. The interview was formal, meet with the manager in the conference room. Manager asked basic questions like academic experience, why choose this field, how would experience translate into work, etc. Learned a lot from the interview and manager was welcoming and friendly.
