The interviewers are very kind and do their best to create a relaxed atmosphere. The questions are normal referring to past experience, behavioral type, further vision and ambition, and teamwork abilities.
I applied online and then I received a confirmation email from HR with an interview invitation, I interviewed after two days and after a week or so I received the offer

La entrevistadora fue amable y durante toda la entrevista dejo expresarme continuamente, además fue abierta con mis preguntas y tuvo la disponibilidad de responder cualquier duda que tuviese, también dejo abierta la posibilidad de contactarme con ella ante cualquier otra pregunta.
