Someone from the UK team approached me via LinkedIn to set an interview with the hiring manager and HR.
After the screening interview, I had a call with both teams, the interview last for one and half hours, the interviewer not quite knowledgeable about digital or CX.
The HR promised to get back to me within 2 weeks with the next steps.
I wait for 2 months and when I sent an email to HR, they told me "sorry you are not qualified because your background not in the Tobacco industry! " even they can do that from the beginning of the screening process.
Overall wasn't a pleasant interview.
