Great experience. Focused on personal track record. interview took about one month. I underwent three interviews before i was accepted. The last interview was more on formality. Obtained the job offer directly after 3rd interview.

I had a very nice interview. The interviewer was very satisfied with all my background and nearly told me yes in the second phase. Then I got a negative response, claiming that i had no enough experience. I have to mention my experience was perfectly fiting their requirements.

Pretty easy to get hired if you have experience from large companies. They are very nice and supportive and have very good understanding. I had t3 interviews with various managers but all went pretty smooth.
